The lenders were particularly pedantic during this time and performed all kinds of additional checks, creating extra work for Mirella. We also had some other difficulties to overcome. However, throughout the entire process, she was incredibly helpful and assisted us through a difficult period, that I think we wouldn’t have been able to get through without her! I felt that she genuinely had our best interests at heart and wanted to assist us in not only obtaining a loan, but the best suited one for our situation.
