He’s not someone who’s after “getting paid” only, but also provide the customers service in a literal meaning and at the customers benefit too. The best thing is he doesn’t rush to conclusions. Rather, will wait a little longer if there’s any hope of a better deal in the customers favour. I have not seen someone working for me with such patience and passion, yet interacting with full professionalism.
