Walida I just had the pleasure of receiving great service from an employee here. Unfortunately, I didnt catch his name, but he helped my mum cancel her missing sim card and replaced it with a new one without any hassles. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with my mum, who can sometimes struggle with technology. He made the process so easy for her and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of.

Shirley Spain I recently twice called into your branch requiring some assistance and on both occasions was attended to by a young gentleman named Aaron. I am 75 & am embarrassed to say that sometimes I find some applications either never used before or used once in a blue moon a little daunting however on both occasions I have had the help of Aaron. I am very impressed with his excellent customer service & he has made me feel very comfortable about my inability to know the working of the apps.
