Schuubs Toobs My words don’t do justice but I’ll try: Inclusiveness, character building, communication, promoting both independence and team work in a fun way. Diversity- All children on the spectrum are welcome, irrespective of ability or mobility. My child has formed solid friendships in this group, All the kids have. Obstacle courses, group games, ball sports, free play. The crew understand each child’s needs, personalities and likes, and encourage them to adapt, socialise and enjoy. Ooh… and they’re an NDIS provider!

Empowered Coaching - NSW

Shane OSullivan Before starting training with Erin I had re-joined a gym for the first time in years, but felt that my lack of knowledge of workout routines was holding me back. With Erins dedication and support I was not only able to break through that barrier, but was also able to benefit from her wealth of knowledge about nutrition and healthy living. The knowledge I gained in these areas in just a few short months has set me a good path for years to come. Erin is very attentive to each clients life situation and fitness goals and this really shines through in her training sessions, which I found equally challenging, motivating and enjoyable. I saw some amazing results within the first 3 months and felt the best Id felt in years, even while juggling long work hours, parenting and other life events. In summary Erin is an amazing trainer who I would highly recommend to anyone regardless of their fitness goals!
