Victoria Snooks I love my sessions at T Form each week, being able to get variation in teachers and classes really keeps it interesting. When I was pregnant, I loved being able to book into whatever class worked for my schedule, with the all the teachers able to adapt my personal exercises within the class to my pregnancy. The best part is the community that Tamara and the T Form group have formed - lots of beautiful people who become friends, which has kept me coming back for over 10 years!

Troy Kirsten is a wizard of body movement and improvement. Since becoming a regular of hers Ive seen substantial improvements in my strength and lost plenty of weight all while being trained in a friendly and easy going environment that wouldnt typically be found in a standard gym setting. Kirsten provides a personalised and adaptable training program that will fit any and all persons, I highly recommend giving her a try!

Sophie van Lith From the moment I walked in, it felt like stepping into a warm bath; calm, welcoming, and full of good energy. All the yoga teachers are incredibly kind, skilled, and attentive. You can really feel the care and intention they put into every class. What makes this place extra special is the little touches, like the use of essential oils, which bring a whole new depth to the experience. The Intuitive Healing session is also a must-try. Eva’s knowledge and sensitivity are truly remarkable; she has a very unique gift that makes the whole experience both grounding and transformative. Highly recommended for anyone looking for genuine connection, healing, and inner balance.
