The friendliest crowd and the gym manager Tahlia and support staff are so welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful with any questions you might have about your training/fitness goals or if you’re a beginner that needs to learn how to use the equipment, the staff are more than happy to show you the ropes until you’re confident. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a gym that feels like a part of your team!

Tahlias PT sessions are always of top standard, she is very professional, friendly and very motivating. Everyone says hi whether its the lovely staff or the people who are working out. The staff and personal trainers are superb and great at helping people in their exercises around the gym. The programs offered by trainer Josh are personalised and engaging, which has helped me get back in the gym and build muscle. The facilities are great and the experienced gym members are always willing to help out newer people.
