OneGym Port Melbourne - NSW

Ned Baxter During my few years I have trained here at one gym, I’ve enjoyed my training more than ever. It’s the best environment to train in, the equipment and facilities are far superior to anything else in Melbourne. Not to mention the staff who really make this space so special. Not to mention the cafe is incredible !

Kesterton Park Outdoor Gym - NSW

James Y Small outdoor gym but perfect for calisthenics - pullups, dips, rows etc. Monkey bars are also a good height for pullups so your feet won’t touch the ground (unless you are very tall). Located in a nice, quiet park with public toilets right next to it.

inLIFE Wellness Menai - NSW

Elyse T I’ve been attending InLIFE Wellness for just over a month now, and I honestly love it. It’s such a beautiful, welcoming community of both women and men from all walks of life ranging from their early 20s to late 50s. Everyone is incredibly supportive and kind. What I really love is the variety of classes! While reformer Pilates is what drew me to start here it’s now the circuit training that I love, it’s great to have so many different options to choose from. There’s always something to keep things fresh and motivating. Thank you, InLIFE Wellness!

Exercise Physiology + Dry Needling + Strength Clinic - NSW

Claudia I highly recommend Borja. He’s been helping me with non-surgical rehab for my knee injury / complete ACL tear. I originally had been seeing a physio, but wanted a program that was much more rigorous, structured, and strength based, and to work with someone who really understands what’s involved in making the knee strong and stable again (my physio program was lacking). I found Borja by chance just walking past his sign and I’m so glad I did! He has been invaluable to the progress that I’ve made over the last two months of seeing him. My knee is much more stable, and I overall feel much stronger and more confident in my movements. He uses objective measures to determine your level of strength (including between left/right sides) and has developed a structured program with strength training, balance, proprioception, and plyometrics. He also identified some general strength imbalances and weaknesses, and has tailored my program to target other chronic injuries I’ve had and other activities I do (eg pole dancing). Besides all this, he’s a great guy and is a pleasure to work with.
