5 /5 Layal Ahmad: All the staff at jewellery Palace are super helpful and kind. They made sure we left super happy with our purchases. Specifically Ali he was the one who gave us good prices and was super kind. Will definitely come back again.

1 /5 Mozgda Hassanzai: The service I received was appalling. The staff member seemed to think I was privileged to have her attention and enter her store, treating me more like an inconvenience than a valued customer. When I questioned the price, she became defensive and her attitude worsened. If I were you, Id focus on customer service, humble yourself you aint no Cartier shop.. just another jewellery shop in auburn and even if you were Cartier you are still need to know how to speak to customers.

5 /5 Helen Di Domenico: A warm amd welcoming greeting as my husband andnI entered the store. We enquired if they had any jewellery suitable for an 11yr old girl as a birthday present but they didnt. While we arent from Indian origin, we werent made to feel uncomfortable when entering the store.

5 /5 intisar hourani: Such a beautiful jewellery store with absolutely amazing customer service! The staff were warm, genuine, and made me feel so welcome from the moment I walked in. They really take the time to look after you and help you find exactly what you’re after. The prices were very reasonable for the quality, and nothing ever felt pushy — just honest, kind service from beautiful people. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something special and a great experience to go with it!

1 /5 Mokhtar Lakmeche: Very very disappointed. I am from Adelaide, I bought from jewellery palace a personalised chain $1500(10g) +$25 postage which is expensive but I agreed to buy it. At the beginning he was talking to me but once he received the full amount of money, he stopped talking to me. And he sent me a second hand chain which is in the photos. I tried to call him no answer. Dishonest person and disrespectful. Be careful of this guy because he is not honest. Absolute RIP OFF.
