The half-hour sessions are the perfect balance—short enough to make it easy to fit in but still packed with a seriously intense workout. It’s amazing how much you can get done in just 30 minutes! A wonderful atmosphere. I always feel welcomed with a friendly smile. It’s the small touches like that that make the experience even better. Highly recommend JIM!

5 /5 Stefanie Scuglia: Joining JIM has been one of the best things I’ve done! As a busy mum the 30 minute workouts work perfectly with my schedule. Not to mention all the health benefits of the infrared. I don’t think it’s coincidence that before joining JIM my inflammation markers were chronic and I could never get them down. I recently had a blood test done and the inflammation markers were completely down to NORMAL range! Love this place and I can’t recommend it enough!

Katie Phan If you’ve ever wanted to fly (well, almost!), this aerial yoga studio is the place to be. The teacher, Priscilla, is basically a superhero in disguise! She is patient, inspiring, and somehow makes upside-down poses feel doable. Every class feels like a personal journey and is full of positive energy. You’ll leave the class feeling stronger, more flexible, and laughing at how much fun aerial yoga can be!
