As someone that’s a huge fan of saunas and the benefits of them and is also super busy, these 30 min, low impact, high intensity workouts that are different everyday, in 35+ heat is perfect! Go in, work hard, get out. It’s all on screens so there is no intimidation of having to work out with someone who is stronger/fitter than you. Only 10 people per class as well so you aren’t ever going to feel smothered. Yoga, Pilates, resistance training, boxing, stretch… it’s all rolled into one. Loving it!
