Assmaa Zeno Amazing womens group with women across all ages and phases of life and very welcoming and friendly environment. Beyza is very knowledgeable and sets up her programs with intention so that you can mamximise the workout and progress in strength. If you need help improving technique, then her space is the place to be. She has helped me, through her cues, allow me to finally deadlift without backpain and finally deadlift my body weight effortlessly. She has also helped improve my squats just by adjusting my form slightly, throug her attention to detail when coaching her clients. Through her upper body program, i was finally able to get a pull up, a goal i have been chasing for years. Her programs are versatile and always loaded with skills that will help you unlock the best version of yourself. And the kids love her and look forwad to childminding at the gym because they have so much fun!

B Beau “Bull” Wow what an amazing hidden secret of the hills. You know those old feel good movies set in the 80s (Like the sandlot kids) this pool has all the good vibes. Fun, friendly and professional staff, fantastic facilities, kids pool with a slide and water fountain, big pool for the adults. Trees, beautiful grass and I have heard that on specific days they have a live band. Regardless this place has friendly people and feel good vibes.

Matthew Simmonds Signed up to the PT program, learnt so much. In 6 weeks I went from barely being able to squat with the barbell, to doing 40kg x 8 reps. Easy program to follow, and customisable plans. Adrian the PT was fantastic as well
