The guy who helped me today, he really knows his stuff when it comes to protein powders, I had to return one I bought originally which was the Zombie Labs Caramel Biscuit flavour, and it wasn’t great. The guy gave me a better alternative, and tossed in a shaker bottle on the house. Legendary stuff, definitely returning back :)

Lachlan Reaby I have been a member at Bayside Strength and Recovery for 3 months training with PT/owner Tim. My experience has been nothing short of amazing with a more personal touch compared to my experience at other private gyms which try to give that impression but end up falling short. During my sessions with Tim we have been able to work around my previous injuries, be provided correct information on nutrition/supplements without booking another professional and even receive assistance outside of booked sessions. I have been going going to Gyms for personal growth over last 10 years and this is the first one where I am actually seeing results. Thanks Tim!
