They put together detailed nutrition and workout programs that are actually realistic, so you can hit your goals without feeling burnt out. The sessions change things up enough to keep it interesting, and the whole vibe in the studio is relaxed and welcoming. You end up working hard but still enjoying it, which makes sticking to the routine so much easier.

Christina Gindl 10/10 gym! It’s the place to go when in Ulladulla. Incredibly equipped, super knowledgable coaches and helpful with whatever you need. Got showers, and oh the best is the sauna! It’s just an all round great gym concept.
