Their knowledge, energy and passion is evident in every client I see them train from all walks of life. Incredibly pro trainers who push you to achieve at every work out session and genuinely care about your health and fitness goals! Definitely life transforming and worth every dollar!

Mary Greenhalgh Vera is an exceptional Pilates instructor with wonderful attention to detail and incredibly passionate about teaching correct technique and personalise exercises to suit your ability which you just don’t get at larger studios. I joined knowing absolutely nothing, and she has taken so much time (and patience) in teaching me. Joining her studio is one of the best decisions I made this year!

Adam Brocklehurst I was a little sceptical about the importance of post-operative physiotherapy, but I have completely changed my outlook: after breaking my leg in a skiing accident in March (plated and screwed), I have been absolutely bowled over by the outstanding treatment and top-tier rehab program at Total Physiotherapy. With careful guidance - and just the right amount of well-judged challenge - I was back on my motorbike charging through twisties in May (yes, it may have made my eyes water a little) and I’ll be skiing again in August. I cannot speak highly enough of the dedicated team at Total Physiotherapy (by way of reference, I’m 62).
