The team at RFC are so friendly and want to make sure all of their clients are getting the most out of their experience. They go out of their way to get to know you and make you feel comfortable! During my time at RFC they have helped me achieve my goals and have supported me throughout my fitness journey. If you’re looking for a gym this is the one for you. With classes in both Morning and Afternoon that are always different and challenging as well as one on one PT sessions. I’ve loved every minute that I’ve spent at RFC and love going to the gym now. Amazing gym and so affordable.
