Initially, I had a positive conversation with the owner, Dylan, who appeared attentive to my injuries, health requirements, and goals. Although I expressed a preference for online training, I felt pressured to opt for a combination of online and face-to-face sessions. The first face-to-face session was with a trainer unfamiliar with my profile, which raised several red flags. To make amends, Dylan personally trained me for the next two sessions, but unfortunately, my online comments went unaddressed, critical tweaks were overlooked, and there were significant gaps in the training process.
When I faced a health issue that required me to miss sessions, the company decided to completely remove my Saturday online slot. While being forced into solely online training should have been easier, my contract was not honored; I didn’t receive the program changes I requested, and the app was poorly managed, lacking necessary details regarding reps and weights. After finally making some progress last week, Dylan promised updates that never materialized. When I followed up two weeks later, I was informed he was on vacation, and it wasnt until a colleague stepped in that I saw any action 48 hours later.
Just two days afterward, I was informed that my online coaching would be terminated, and I would receive a list of recommended coaches, leaving me with no guidance on how to proceed. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company, regardless of the positive reviews.
