I was fascinated to learn the clues of why my body may feel tight and stuck in different areas and what can be done to remedy these. I loved the takeaway methods we learnt to reduce feelings of overwhelm and stress. I also loved that the workshop was interactive, so we could try out different strategies and ask as many questions as we needed to understand. A couple of hours well spent, thank you.

5 /5 Rachel Santon: I came across Claudia at Body Design Pilates and Yoga during the second lockdown for covid-19. I had minimal experience with pilates and wanted to try something other than youtube videos. I completed classes virtually with Claudia 3 times a week and have really seen progression with Claudia through tone, flexibility and muscle strength. Claudia has also been able to specially tailor classes depending on individual needs including being able to provide tailored classes when my endometriosis is causing pain and discomfort. Adonis Athletics Castle Hill 24:7 - VIC

Irene Davidson Adonis Castle Hill has a great atmosphere and friendly people all around. I found out about Adonis with my hubby who was trying to find a good gym. Through word of mouth and Instagram posts we were keen on joining. The coaches Will, Carlos and Matt are super friendly and very knowledgeable. As a beginner, they helped me step by step without overwhelming me. They know how to train people of various levels in the fitness and goals and help people enjoy the journey. We were also impressed how the coaches and gym members support causes such as beyond blue and have done fundraisers for mental health which is just as integral as physical health. Overall, if you want a gym that gives you support and proper training along with friendly people this is the place to go! Highly recommend.
