1 /5 Benjamin Lee: Poor communication, poor attention to detail, and lack of professionalism. Often took weeks to respond to e-mails, frequently made small errors on my returns, and didn’t notify me of multiple payment notices from the ATO, costing me thousands of dollars in penalties. A shame, as he otherwise seems to have a reasonable understanding of Australian tax law.
