The instructors are so good, they dont just use generic pilates moves and classes. They really take the time to get to know their students and cater our classes so that we always feel comfortable but also challenged!

5 /5 Christina De bruin: Angelica is amazing, so bubbly, knowledgeable, and the best at Pilates! I drive 50 minutes from Balmain just for her classes, totally worth it. Love that this is the only studio with scheduled jump classes, perfect for runners!
