The unknown can be intimidating and you often have a lot a questions. The advice and support leading up too and what was crunch time for me was genuine and supportive for my circumstances. All my options were explained to me, my questions and queries were answered honestly with no pressure to proceed in one way or another. It’s been a couple of weeks since my matter has been resolved and with that I have had time to settle and take in what has happened. Due to an accident outside of work I sustained significant injuries, including multiple fractures and traumatic brain injury. I lost my physicality, my career as a Paramedic and Clinical Nurse as well as my home due to financial difficulties. My industry super and insurer declined my legitimate claim under the terms I had faithfully taken to protect myself in such an event. 5 /5 Renee Antonio: I went to Law advice after having a bad experience with another law firm and dealing with an incompetent workers compensation lawyer, i didnt know where to turn and was ready to just give up on my case when i happened to come across Law advice. After telling them why i was calling and what i had been through already i was put through to Tolini to take over my case. From the start the difference was obvious, Tolini is professional but caring, and has a deep understanding of workers compensation law. She told me what she could do for me and then did it, there was no lies, no promises that werent kept, i had a fantastic team on my side throughout the whole process who were extremely competent and experienced at what they do.
