I was initially disappointed the earrings I wanted were no longer on sale, but she had great recommendations and somehow knew exactly what I liked. I ended up buying a beautiful new pair she suggested and couldn’t be happier. She even gave me a flower as a sweet personal touch. Her customer service was outstanding—truly the best I’ve experienced.
