5 /5 Abhi X: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 I had a great experience at Live Well Health Club! The staff were super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They made me feel comfortable and helped me with everything I needed, whether it was using the equipment or setting up a workout plan. The atmosphere was positive and motivating, and you can tell they really care about their members. Definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking for a supportive and friendly place to train!

1 /5 Hugo Beau: Ive been a member of this gym for a while now, and I feel compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, Ive encountered several issues that have made my workouts less enjoyable. Firstly, there is a lack of maintenance around the gym. Many pieces of equipment are broken or in poor condition, which can be frustrating when youre trying to get a good workout. Additionally, the mens bathroom has been out of service for over two months, which is unacceptable for a gym of this size. Despite these ongoing issues, I am still being charged the same membership fee. Given these circumstances, I cannot recommend this gym to others looking for a well-maintained facility. I hope management addresses these concerns for the sake of current and future members.

1 /5 Thomas: The gym was good until the receptionist and Pt left. The Gyms never staffed. Poor hygiene, always dirty and smells, not to mention weights everywhere. No notice of renovations for men’s toilet forcing the males to use centre toilet which is far away. Not to mention the sauna is always out of use. Wouldn’t recommend to a friend. Sort your gym out and respect your members more, we’re the foundation of your gym.

1 /5 Eric Honda: Last time i gave this place 1 star based on the sauna being out of service for over 2 months. Now Ill give it another 1 star as the whole mens toilets are inaccessible and have been for 3 weeks now with ETAs being pushed out week after week. Theres alot of older members here at ECQ, and it is simply not in the interest of their health to not have toilets close by inside the gym. In a place where we sweat and drink alot of water, the toilet is a necessity. The lack of urgency and slowness from the management in fixing these toilets no longer surprise me at this gym. Get your act together or sell this place to someone who actually cares about the members. Update: It is now 22/09/2025 and the toilets are still out of order pending renovations. Still no ETA or any communication to the members. Not hard to send an email to keep us informed of whats happening guys. Update: 04/10/2025 mens bathroom still inaccessible for over 1 month and now 2 cable machines are out of order. I pay way too much for this place seriously. Not getting my moneys worth whatsoever and recent 5 star reviews are misleading and manufactured.

1 /5 Istiak Ahmed: Since the previous manager left, the gym’s standards have noticeably declined. There have no updates on ongoing issues, such as the bathrooms, which have remained unresolved for weeks. Neither the owner nor the staff seem informed about the situation, and there is a clear lack of transparency with customers. Overall, the gym is being managed very poorly.
