1 /5 Yvette Just: I would not recommend this firm to anyone! Whilst selling my practice this year I was alerted to the fact that my trust deed had not been set up according to the way my accountant had insisted he had set this up for me 5 years ago. This caused several months delay in the sale process, tens of thousands of dollars of lost revenue and additional legal expenses incurred from my solicitor. When I told them they needed to correct this they eventually had their legal team draw up the necessary documents but only after many phone calls and emails from me continually chasing this up. I told the new account manager that I did not expect to see an account for this work as it was an error on their behalf. Guess what! For the last few months their finance team have been harassing me TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE! Even going as far as threatening me with debt collectors. Disgraceful! And not even an apology....

1 /5 Kathryn Hutchins: I have found the service at MWL Financial Services to be less than effective. For two straight forward tax returns it has taken three months for the tax returns to be actioned. With numerous follow ups to MWL financial services to get each step actioned. MWL came recommended and yet the service to date has been very poor with absolutely no follow up. Unfortunately I would not recommend.

5 /5 Alena Tracy: I run 2 Physio practices and have used several different accounting firms over the last 15 years, but I have found by far that Lomax accountants deliver a much better service. I was a bit sceptical at first of their suggestion to use Xero accounting software, however I have found it is brilliant. I think these guys are great and I would recommend them to anyone.
