3 /5 S D: Adam Ly resolved our case, however we were shocked by his erratic and rude behavior towards us and at one point minutes before the court hearing threatened to walk away. He was disparaging and condescending to some of our “basic” questions. So his method of due process is if you don’t ask him questions that are repetitive, too basic or below him, he will run things smoothly in his own way. If not then they he will be dismissive, aggressive and rude which he believes is justified. Overall our case was resolved however the experience with him was unpleasant and he severely lacks proper customer service care, and perhaps overly egotistical for him to realise himself.
