1 /5 zi li: Very disappointed for their conveyancing services!
Missed a dream property because their slow processing and lack of communication.
I used their conveyancing services for my first apartment in 2017. It was a standard service, but it was ok and worked.
Last month, I am about to purchase a new property and thought to use their service again. Contacted them and emailed purchase contract on 27 July.
I asked them to process it quick as possible.
Until 10 August (2 weeks later), the contract is still not ready, and someone made a higher offer.
They blamed the vendor’s solicitor does not reply in time and being difficult. However, Last Friday, the contract was sent to them, and the solicitor was not happy because the contract was not scanned in one file???
There are a few things I am very disappointed
1. Poor communication, do not keep me updated until I ask
2. No active follow up with vendors’ solicitor
3. Cannot find the responsible lawyer, have to talk to front desk lady who may not be aware what is going on
