The staff are super friendly, approachable, and genuinely supportive. I also really appreciate the 24/7 opening hours. Whether you’re into weights, cardio, this gym has everything you need. Highly recommended!

Hazel my PT has been super supportive from day one, she’s always patient, answers all my questions, and really makes me feel comfortable and confident in my workouts. The gym is open 24 hours, and everyone who works there is incredibly friendly.

It’s also just a couple of meters from Victoria Cross Metro, so getting here is easy. The setup has everything you need for a proper workout, and I especially love the barbells, plates, and rig. What I really enjoy is that the managers keep it fresh – they’re always bringing in new gear and running fun monthly challenges that push you to test yourself. Great vibe, great people, couldn’t ask for more!
