5 /5 David Moss: Of all the available martial arts, Im glad my three children are doing Empower Jiu Jitsu. The style is complete and well rounded making it a great choice for people whod like to be prepared for just about anything. The kids have been doing it for 6 years and are still enjoying it. In that time they have progressed well. They have learned discipline, self determination and compassion for their peers and others around them, all values that I hold in high regard. Sensei Dave and guest instructors impart their knowledge and the above mentioned values in a unique light hearted way, while keeping the learning coming. Those thinking of self defense should pop in for a look, seeing is believing. Great work guys, KUDOS.
