Jasmine Dobinson I was forced to join Conditn, by a friend. I wasn’t keen on doing group training, I prefer solo weight training. When I went for my first class, I was greeted by a woman named Bronte. I felt she was amazing at making sure my form in every exercise was correct as I sometimes get a bad back. The more sessions I went, I realised how incredible she is as a trainer, making sure I was included in YGIG. The other trainers are also amazing. Everyone there hypes each other’s successes up, I feel I’m part of a family. I highly recommend Conditn if you’re struggling to get motivated.

Deanne Bocvarovski Such a welcoming and beautiful studio! The classes are all so good. The yoga space its self is so vast, there’s always plenty of room to practice without feeling crowded. The studio is decorated so beautifully with stunning crystals and alot of thoughtful details – it really makes it feel special. Love practicing here ❤️

tanur parira The pilates experience has been amazing. I give a lot of credit to Megan for giving me a life without lower back pain. Before I started doing this regularly, my bulging disc issue would cause pain every 4-8 weeks. I can say since starting this 1 year ago and doing it regularly has meant not going on any anti-inflammatory for the whole time. I can drive for hours without pain. Not to mention the overall strength I feel, better toned body. Love her classes. She is a great coach and person.

Gillian Nixon The trainers at You got this fitness are amazing. They are knowledgeable, specific and adaptive. I have been to many gyms and trainer throughout my years as i believe exercise is super important. I am now at a different stage of my life where I need to maintain my strength for work and independence. As well as creating specialized plans for me and any injuries I may have had, they have also offered advise and information on hormones, diet and lifestyle. I have attended YGT now for 6 years and consider Ian and Tani friends. They have been there to support my health goals but have also supported me through life’s challenges. Do yourself a favour and add YGT Fitness into your lifestyle.
