5 /5 Ahsan Mukhtiar: I am writing this review after a 2 week trial in Penrith District Court and a case against me made by the Police that has been going for almost 3 years now. The team @MIC Lawyers was exceptional and specifically - Aqib Javed. On short notice and after meeting other lawyers and barristers who told me that it was a losing case and to plead guilty even though I told them I was innocent, Aqib Javed and Rohaan Chaudhry of this firm gave me solid confidence that they would represent me professionally and competently to win my trial. With the help of Barrister Mando Mahmoud, these guys worked very hard in preparing my case for the long trial ahead and really went the whole nine yards and putting the case to the Police and proving my innocence. Throughout the trial, they worked very well as a team and through their experience and strategy, were able to challenge the prosecution at every turn and really show my innocence, something that the lawyers that I used before them could not manage to do. Sitting there, I was truly amazed and felt comfortable that they were the ones representing me and this was made clear when the jury came back with a not guilty verdict after only one hour, something that shocked even my lawyers. This very serious charge carrying many years in prison was dismissed and it could not have been possible without the help of them, especially Aqib Javed. MIC Lawyers & Associates are the best in the business and will give you a criminal defence that you cannot find anywhere else in this Country, they were reliable, affordable and professional all the way and the result showed. I am so happy I can carry on with my life now and not have to worry about the years of stress that I have had to go through because of the Police and other lawyers who could not do the job for me.
