However I had a radical idea of encasing it in a separate gold ring to good it together and braise the joints. Mindika Jewellery were the only ones to even to consider it. And they did it, it was a really good job. See below, they made the repair and it works and looks amazing. Most importantly it has saved my original wedding ring though broken forever.

Jeanette is wonderful teacher whom is extremely informative and patient. Her knowledge is extensive, and you come away with a lot more knowledge about different techniques than what is written in her class outline. Added bonus is being able to learn while on the beautiful Montsalvat grounds. I am so glad that I had the opportunity to learn from Jeanette and I seriously can’t rave highly enough about her classes/workshops.
