1 /5 Georgia G: Popped into Michael Hill Erina today with my partner just to have a quick look at their engagement rings. We were greeted by a lady (unsure what her name was). She asked if we needed help, and we politely declined as we were just looking. She then became very pushy telling us that we need to try them on in order to see them properly. We advised her we did not want to do this today. She continued push and discuss styles with us, and I mentioned that we had been to a different jeweller to look at designing our own ring. This lady then begun to talk very badly about this particular jeweller (which is a very popular company), telling us that they are very unreliable and that they give their customers lab grown diamonds when they actually ordered mined diamonds. She then compared Michael Hills lifetime warranty to theirs, telling us every single detail even though we advised her we weren’t interested. This lady was very pushy, judgemental and highly unprofessional in the way she was spreading false information about other companies to deter us. Won’t be going back to Michael Hill.
