I called Shaun many times stressing about all the details and he was always there to talk me through everything. In the end with Shaun and Paul’s expertise I was able to have the perfect ring made so happy I went through them.

His advice was invaluable in turning a vague idea and a rough sketch into beautiful engagement ring. He made some great practical suggestions early on to improve the design and make it more durable, and was able to create a high quality ring within my budget. He absolutely nailed the brief and my partner and I could not be happier with the ring. We were so pleased with the service that we went back to do my wedding ring. Paul worked within a really tight timeframe to get the ring done in time, and always kept us updated. Great communication and great service from the team. Could not recommend Miles & Son highly enough!
