1 /5 sania singh: I’m absolutely appalled by the treatment I received from a sales assistant named Tuba at the Highpoint Swarovski store. Her behaviour was despicably rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. From the moment I approached her, she made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer.
When I raised a concern about exchanging a bracelet that had not been used, she accused me of lying—insisting that a bit of dust in the clasp was somehow proof it had been worn. As anyone with basic common sense knows, dust is everywhere and can settle on anything. Her argument was not only ridiculous but served as an excuse to avoid providing decent customer service.
The worst part? At the end of the interaction, she practically threw the bag at me, making it painfully clear that I was not welcome. It was demeaning and left me genuinely shocked.
This is in stark contrast to every previous experience I’ve had at this same store. Staff like Natalia or Natasha (apologies for not remembering the exact name) have always been incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful — a stark reminder of how someone like Tuba is severely letting the team down.
Thanks to her, I will no longer be shopping at Swarovski. It’s disappointing that one person can ruin the reputation of a brand I used to love.
Swarovski should seriously re-evaluate the kind of attitude they allow on their sales floor.
