1 /5 Nga Thu: Dont ever use this tax agent. Not professional, not secure. I used them 3 years ago and they almost cost me 30% return by calculating my CGT incorrectly and fixed it when I told them to. I stopped using them right away but today one of the agent violate privacy agreement and tried to access my tax account without my permission. I called ATO to see why my new tax agent cant add me as client, ATO confirmed an agent from Mobile Taxation Corp added me as a client and deleted it today so I have to wait till tomorrow. The worst thing is when I called Mobile Taxation office and told them the agent number and date it authorized itself to my account today, I got an super-unprofessional reply: we dont know and we have nothing to say. So save yourself the trouble and using any other tax agents. Will be much better than this one for sure.
