Were 18 yrs into our mortgage and I wasnt even thinking about refinancing until a check-in call from Maria and a great conversation led to her looking at our current financial situation and showing how we could clear our debts and save money. With excellent help and service from Maria and Sam Casey, we got a mortgage extension that enabled us to completely clear our credit card debts and pay off our car in full. We added on an extra $40k to do some house improvements but even with that, were saving $500 a month compared to what we were paying to service those debts. Both Maria and Sam were so helpful and great to deal with all the way through, and they made the process really easy.
