I just had a 9ct gold bracelet from another big jewellery store break only a month in, and decided to stop by my jewellery story again as Ive ordered some beautiful quality bits from here just last year. They make good presents for friends and family, and I am in the process of collecting all the colours :-) Sometimes, I get very frustrated because the colours I want (usually in the bigger sizes) are always out of stock. However, I have no complaints at all regarding the speed of delivery and the courier they use to deliver their products. They always arrive very quickly. On some occasions, the earrings will take longer to arrive in the UK as they are shipped from Australia. When this happens, the Seller always take the initiative to explain to me by email about the longer time it would take for my items to arrive, as the goods need to go through customs clearance etc. Overall, I am very happy with the quality of their products and their customer service.

1 /5 Rosemary Morley: I bought a Russian sterling silver bracelet from MJS and in a couple of months wearing it has turned pink. I thought there was something not right when it didnt have a 925 stamp inside. I wear the bracelet as I wear all my sterling silver and gold jewellery. Everyday and only wash dishes and shower with a product that contains no soap. And shampoo my hair. I wash my hands quite often with just a normal handwash. Am I supposed to take them off every time my hands are going to touch water? Please be aware that theyre "solid sterling silver" is not worth buying.
