Aiisha was incredibly helpful via email, answering all my questions promptly and professionally, and making it so easy to book the right appointment. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Mia, who was just lovely. She went above and beyond during my soldering appointment and then took the time to walk me through some beautiful options for my next purchase. It was a great visit — I felt really well looked after from start to finish. Thank you!

I was running late and she was so accommodating, she knew what I wanted and grabbed the best styles, and we updated both of my ears. I absolutely loved it! I’ll be back to get some more ear rings and piercings! Thank you Emily for making my day !

5 /5 Lost and Found Travellers “Lost and Found Travellers”: Previously having visited Paddington twice in 2023 and having Jason pierce my forward helix and my helix, I knew that any future cartliage piercing had to be done by Sarah and Sebastian. With the minimalist yet ultra luxurious experience, high standard of hygiene and cleanliness, and knowing that their fine jewellery is all designed and made in Australia, its hard to resist such a luxurious treat/experience. So when it came to wanting my daith pierced recently I knew this was the company to go with. With so many more stores that have opened recently, I had the chance to speak with a few peircers from different locations, and learnt that the daith is quite an advanced piercing. Me being a super nevous and perfctionist type person, I wanted a piercer with the most years of experience possible and so drove from NSW to Melb for a little staycation in Dec to make this moment special and happen. Emily head piercer at Armidale was and is beyond incredible. Not just on the day, but in the led up to the appointment too. Emails back and forwards that confirmed the yellow gold Oroubours diamond Daith was set aside for me. To even waiting for my husband to turn up (parking issues etc)and be present. I say all this to highlight that she was so professional and personable. Pain wise, Im a baby and yet this was such a quick and stress free experience. All those dreaded stories of hearing a crunch or a pop when daiths are pierced, never happened, the lady clearly is a pro! This entire experience, from the stunning fine jewellery options, to the gorgeous Armadale designed store, to the hygiene and staff communication has been the reason Ive written this 2 months later, and the reason I took the risk to travel for this experience. Its still on my mind, and I dont have enough words to say how amazing this day made me feel. Who knew something so simple as a piercing could warrant such a long review, haha and be so boujie and luxe..
