1 /5 Waleska Santos: Disappointed with the quality and lack of assistance
I’ve been a loyal Swarovski customer for years and have always admired the beauty of their products. However, I’m deeply disappointed with the quality and customer service.
My husband bought my engagement ring from Swarovski – and let’s be honest, an engagement ring is supposed to be worn daily, right? But the ring lost its shine and became tarnished. When I went back to the store, I was told I shouldn’t have worn it all the time or exposed it to water – and that it was “misuse.” That makes no sense. If a piece of jewelry can’t handle regular wear, especially an engagement ring, then it shouldn’t be sold for that purpose.
To make it worse, the store refused to clean it and instead sold me two expensive cleaning cloths, promising they would solve the problem. They didn’t. I felt tricked and honestly, a bit like a fool.
On the other hand, I own several pieces from Pandora, and once I took a necklace in for cleaning – they did it on the spot, without asking for proof of purchase and free of charge.
So from now on, I’ll stick with Pandora. Much better customer service and their products hold up way better over time.
