The energy is high even at 6am classes, and I love their focus on functional fitness. Their support of community groups & organisations is also amazing, and I love seeing how many members have been there since day 1 - a testament to the culture of Paramount.

Baz I dropped in a casual a few times, during my visit to Australia. I have to say that it is probably the best box I have visited globally. The programming was great and most importantly, Nic and Luke have created an awesome and welcoming community, which made me want to to keep going back. Very highly recommended!
