1 /5 Inner Westie: Me and my husband engaged this serivce about 18 months ago and have not been happy with the service. They recommended we both switch our super accounts into Hub 24 with advice from the Elston firm. This goes against the first principle of financial planning which is not to put all your eggs in one basket. We put only one of our accounts into Hub 24 and since it didnt do particularly well, we asked for it to be withdrawn and placed into a regular super fund. We have been waiting many weeks for this to happen. Every time we ask how long this will take they say 5-10 working days maybe longer. I am beginning to wonder if we will het this money back which is over a million dollars.
