Dan Watts This is a solid gym with a good location, decent kit and friendly staff throughout. Particular shoutout to Corrie who is always upbeat with a smile and full of positivity and a good sense of humour. A little gutted as the gym is shut at the moment due to flooding. Hopefully this gets resolved soon as I enjoy working out here.

R C All the trainers of Coreplus have been sooo incredible, including Cheyenne and Mel who look after memberships. Love the community and I’m so glad that Coreplus is so close to me :) Thank you for everything!!

Schae Zarew I love popping into Paragon whenever I am in Sydney! Not only is the gym really well equipped, Bec and Nick are both fantastic individuals that have cultivated a welcoming and inclusive community.

Carlotta Finoia Great gym! I love that it’s never overcrowded, so you can always find space to work out comfortably. The machines are well-maintained, clean, and easy to access. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, making it a pleasure to train here :)

Elizabeth Jacob Love coming to this gym for a variety of workouts. I cant say I love exercising but the workouts planned by Troy keep it engaging and motivating. He is a great coach/instructor as well and the others attending create a great/encouraging place to exercise.
