Joe K Chloe and the team at Zap have been amazing at ensuring that all my questions are answered and the place is clean and always presentable. Id love to get some 28kg and 32kg kettlebells as there is no consistent KB sets. Other than that all amazing. And thank you Chloe for the helpful training tips!!

Holly Fennell After a crazy (almost) 12 months this business has had, I am so grateful for Courtney and her fantastic workouts keeping me sane over lockdown! She definitely knows how to get your blood pumping and your muscles sore the next day but I wouldnt change it for the world!! The workouts are always different, and Courtneys bubbly and enthusiastic personality always leaves me coming back for more - and not to mention the most comfortable merchandise EVER!!!!!

Alexandra Maisonobe Mode Pilates is such a gem of a studio. The space is absolutely stunning. The classes are diverse and beginner-friendly - from mat to reformer, barre, yoga and breathwork. The instructors are engaging and attentive. Jess took the time to put me at ease and walk me through the equipment before the class, which was really appreciated as it was my first reformer class. I absolutely loved it and can’t wait to be back! Highly recommend this studio.
