Jessie Stevenson I have been doing 1 monthly 1:1 boxing session with Kristie who absolutely smashes me and pushes me to my limits. Then I started with a 2 week trail which helped me make the decision to leave a large gym. Loving the change from training in a big gym now to Forma as it has a great variety of all the things I love- Strength, conditioning, boxing and cycle. The members are friendly and welcoming! Kristie, Mike and Grant are so welcoming, knowledgeable and help you push yourself to training hard! My daughter also loves the kids boxing class and as has never done anything like this before. She is learning skills and also building confidence along the way. Highly recommend this gym!

Ritu Devi Its a good size gym, group sessions are fun as the people are very friendly. I would recommend Beaurepaire Centre Fit to anyone who needs a place to start or a change in their potato-like shape. Best place to become fat to fit!!!

Arise Studio Health Coburg - Reformer Pilates & Wellness - VIC

Stephanie Scully The Coburg studio is well set up, and a lovely space to work out in. At night, the softer lights make it quite a relaxing space. The teachers are all amazing, they tailor the classes and exercises to each persons needs. I have noticed a big difference to my muscle tone and strength, coming regularly for the past few months. I highly recommend this studio.
