Kim Gluyas Such a great workout and it only takes 30 minutes! 30 minutes doesn’t sound like a lot but I have definitely noticed a difference in how strong I feel and look.There is an amazing team of coaches who guide you. It is a great community of women of all ages where you can work out without judgement. Highly highly recommend!

Earney Olivia (Liv) Such a great studio! They have a wide range of class times and types, with early morning to late in the day, seven days a week. All of the instructors are very friendly and keen to help. There are heaps of lockers and also showers and change rooms. I’ve always been able to find the dumbbells I need for the mat classes, which isn’t always the case at other studios. The intro offers are a great way to try out the studio and classes without locking in! If you’re going to a hot class for the first time, make sure to pick a mat closer to the door

Zoe Williams Total Wellness Clinic is THE family GP clinic. Dr Amy is an informative and thorough GP and I highly recommend her. I, too, am a health professional and we work in collaboration to support my familys medical needs. Thank you Dr Amy & Trent for all you do.
