xiaobb Storm is a very talented and very highly skilled crafter - truely a master in her craft! I stumbled upon her studio looking to create a custom ring, and came across Storm in her cozy studio in Boronia. She is very warm and welcoming and full of knowledge. I feel that you won’t get her level of expertise anywhere else; because she has years of experience to share and you can see it through the way she teaches. (If you have a certain request on a custom piece of jewellery you want to make - she will probably know how to do it!) It is great to be a student of hers, even though i don’t have any prior experience in jewellery making; she was thorough - that at the end of the class i completely learned a new skill that i independently feel confident. Will definitely be coming back for more classes!

Fiona Hannah was amazing at Cerrone in creating my custom engagement ring; she sourced the diamond, worked with me around the price and spent a lot for time perfecting the placement for the asymmetric setting! Sean R An incredible experience from Charlotte in store. My wife sent me in for a consult to pick a piece for Father’s Day. Charlotte listened to what I was interested in and bought out a few pieces for me to try on. I went with a signet ring and my wife was able to pick it up next day to give to me. I bought a bracelet from here a while ago and recently lost it, I was so sad and I popped into Origen in the hope they still had them but no. Within minutes Rose Marie got in touch with her supplier and a replacement bracelet will be here in 6 weeks - thank you!!! Whilst there Rose Marie and ? (sorry I didnt catch your name, my bad) helped me find a wonderful blouse for an upcoming special occasion and even a pair of jeans that, for the first time ever, I dont have to rush off and have taken up. I felt a million dollars in my new clothes and cant thank the ladies enough for helping me find confidence. This really is a wonderful store, full of surprises, with warmth and empathy all the way.
