Charlotte listened to what I was interested in and bought out a few pieces for me to try on. I went with a signet ring and my wife was able to pick it up next day to give to me. If you’re unsure what you’re after I would definitely recommend a consult, it was such a great shopping experience. Charlotte was so professional, kind and caring and made the buying journey so easy. They went above and beyond with my order of an impression necklace in memory of my beloved dog, Rufus, who recently passed away. Bella was quick to send the wax kit directly to the funeral home and made sure everything was handled with such care. Esther was equally helpful, not only with the order process but also with the after-sales support, ensuring everything was perfect. 2 /5 C X: Helpful staff in store for my purchase. But very disappointing experience regarding tax refund. I purchased a necklace in store on 27 April and requested a receipt with ABN for tax refund purpose. The staff promised to email me on Monday 28 April as my flight was on 5 May. I chased them by email on 1 May, and again on 5 May morning before my flight. Got the reply 10 mins before my flight took off. Most importantly the new receipt they sent me still didn’t show ABN…if you are tourist and looking to get tax refunds, think twice….

5 /5 Eva Spence: Highly recommend this company. Their jewellery is beautifully made, I purchased a bracelet with a paw print on it after my dog passed away. When I received it I was blown away by the detail. They did this all from a photo of the paw print on another object as that’s all I had. Not only this, but their customer service is absolutely excellent. Their kindness and empathy dealing with customers is a rare thing these days. They helped me through the entire process and ensured I had it for Christmas. The end result had me in tears. The perfect keepsake for someone special. 5 stars doesn’t feel like enough.
