Dealing with Chris was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. He was loud, aggressive, and completely out of line. From the moment we spoke, his tone was confrontational, and when I asked him — clearly and politely — to lower his voice, he started yelling. Yes, yelling.
This isn’t just unprofessional, it’s unacceptable. There’s no excuse for that kind of behavior, especially in a professional setting. It felt hostile, uncomfortable, and frankly, a little unhinged. If management cares at all about their reputation, they need to seriously reconsider who they put in front of customers.
Don’t waste your time. If you see the name Chris, walk away.
