Jon Fitch Tom has been my personal trainer for over 8 years. I initially started training with Tom after a ski accident that required special rehabilitation work in the gym after a broken leg and a knee reconstruction. Tom designed a weight program to assist with my rehabilitation, with particular focus on exercises for a range of leg muscles and movement patterns. This program was an outstanding success and I was back skiing unaided within 10 months of my operation.
Subsequent to this, Tom has designed specific programs to assist me in achieving my goals with respect to both muscle gain and weight loss. Today, in my late 50’s, I am in the best shape of my life.
Tom is very personable, listens to what you are trying to achieve and designs programs that work. He is very knowledgeable about movement patterns and muscle development, knows how to put together realistic programs and structure appropriate diets to achieve goals.
I would highly recommend Tom to anyone who is serious about achieving their health and fitness goals.
