Get Fit 1-2-1 - VIC

Emma Dixon John has been an excellent trainer for my husband and I. He has been flexible and accomodating to suit our individual needs and our fitness needs. The best part about John’s service is that he is a mobile trainer, which means he comes to our home and trains us at home, which is ideal with a young family. John is patient with his approach to training, and the training he provides is enjoyable, we love the boxing in particular.

Complete Physio Richmond - VIC

Nick Bergin I was recommended to Complete physio after an Achilles rupture and surgery as one of the leaders in Achilles tendon injuries. David was a great positive support through a difficult period. I found his advice clear, evidence based and thorough and allowed the flexibility to adapt the recovery training over time to keep it interesting. He was also able to tailor the program working with the equipment I had at home which was important and practical. Great facilities and easy app support to assist in the recovery process. No question was ever dismissed and regular testing made progress visible which was motivating over a 12 month period. Highly recommend and appreciate your work David!
