5 /5 Savannah Callaghan: Studio Pilates Avalon have been a game changer for my exercise routine - the workouts suit me perfectly and I genuinely enjoy each class and can both see and feel the benefits in my fitness & body. Every single member of the team has been so welcoming and supportive. If I ever have even a minor limitation that I mention, my instructor always comes over to check if I am okay and offers an alternative variation of the exercise. The entire environment is extremely friendly and I would truly recommend Studio Pilates Avalon to anyone. Thank you!

The instructors keep a close eye on everyone to make sure they’re doing the exercises safely and offer advice where needed and I soundly recommend them!

It seems as though my once sluggish metabolism has been revitalized. My arms and legs are starting to tone up, and Im even beginning to notice some definition in my abs. The classes are great with good variation on working different parts of the body; and even when they are filled to capacity, the instructor (Courtney) always makes sure each person gets individualized attention. I have experienced a few other Pilates studios but what makes Studio Pilates truly stand out is the warmth and friendliness of the owner, Michelle and her staff!
