5 /5 Louise Flannery: I highly recommend Align Pilates for a true 5 star pilates experience. As a beginner to reformer pilates , I have found Katie to be very welcoming, encouraging & patient. Being a small home studio, all classes are able to be specifically tailored to the needs of each individual client with expert guidance but without any judgement. I have also really enjoyed the relaxed, fun atmosphere of each session. Well done Katie on creating and providing the perfect balance of great pilates classes in a warm, inclusive, safe environment. Katie is incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and supportive, which is perfect for all levels, including beginners like us. Katie is an absolutely wonderful instructor — so kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She creates such a supportive and welcoming environment that makes you feel comfortable from day one. The small group sizes ensure that you’re never overlooked as can happen in classes of a larger size. I always leave class feeling stronger, more confident, and looking forward to the next session. Also only having 3 clients a session really gives that sense of a more tailored and personalised experience.

The sessions are challenging, but fun and tailored to each person’s ability and individual needs. I can’t recommend highly enough!
